PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily maintain a voltage of a distribution line within a limited range by creating a situation for a secondary battery mounted on an electric vehicle to be easily charged.SOLUTION: An electric power management system comprises: an electric power adjusting device 10; a notification device 30 which notifies a presentation device 1; and a control device 40 which controls operation of the electric power adjusting device 10. The electric power adjusting device 10 arranged at each spot includes a function which receives power from a distribution line 50 and charges a secondary battery 61 for traveling mounted on an electric vehicle 60. The notification device 30 notifies, when line-to-line voltage of a distribution line 50 exceeds a reference value which is set to an upper limit value of a limited range or less, the presentation device 1 of the spot where the electric power adjusting device 10 receiving electric power from this distribution line 50 is disposed. The control device 40 controls operation of the electric power adjusting device 10 capable of charging the secondary battery 61 so that the line-to-line voltage of the distribution line 50 is maintained to be the upper limit value of the limited range or less.
