<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain cover device that is configured to avoid the raining from the upper front part of a vehicle doorway and also from the side thereof.SOLUTION: A rain cover device is characterized by: adjacently storing two sheet rolls formed by drawably winding belt-shaped rain cover sheets 10, 11 with tension bars 8, 9 mounted along respective tip edges into the roll in a bottomless case 3; pivoting the case 3 on a vehicle roof R with one end in the longitudinal direction corresponding to one end of a vehicle doorway M; providing the case 3 horizontally turnably between a storage location 4 disposed along the width direction of the vehicle doorway M and an overhang location X perpendicular to the storage location 4 and projected to the outside of the vehicle C; and providing a support bar 7 with a base end pivoted on the vehicle roof R corresponding to the other end of the vehicle doorway M horizontally and turnably in conjunction with the case 3. In an overhang state of the case 3, one rain cover sheet 10 is drawn out from a case lower opening 3b to the other end of the vehicle doorway M to hook a tension bar 8 to the support bar 7, and the other rain cover sheet 11 is drawn out from the case lower opening 3b to the lower vertical direction and is hung down.</p> |
