<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress occurrence of molding failures to a bent portion such as a character line as much as possible and improve appearance quality.SOLUTION: A panel member molding method includes the steps of: protruding a bent tip end portion 12Le of an outer panel 12 outward of the other regions of an outer tip end portion 12a; superimposing an inner panel on the outer panel 12; abutting a curl molding tool first on the bent tip end portion 12Le of the outer panel 12 to start curl molding; and curling the outer tip end portion 12a and an inner tip end portion by the curl molding tool, thereby providing a fastened edge by winding up.</p> |
