A device comprising: a matching network including first and second voltage tunable capacitors, wherein the first voltage tunable capacitor has a first electrode, wherein the second voltage tunable capacitor has a second electrode, wherein the first and second electrodes are positioned in proximity to each other, and wherein the first and second voltage tunable capacitors share a common electrode; and a bias element coupled with the matching network, wherein the bias element applies a bias voltage to the first electrode of the first voltage tunable capacitor and to the second electrode of the second voltage tunable capacitor causing the first and second voltage tunable capacitors to vibrate in opposite phase to each other substantially cancelling first and second electro-mechanical vibrations generated by the first and second voltage tunable capacitors, and wherein the common electrode is unbiased.
