In the blood analysis method, after adding a first group of reagents into a blood sample for processing to obtain a first sample solution, a second group of reagents are added to continue with processing, so that a test solution for BASO classification and/or HGB detection can be obtained. In this way, in one reaction tank, four categories of white blood cells and BASO measurement are realized on a single channel through the time-division multiplexing technology, thereby obtaining a result of five categories of the white blood cells and obtaining an HGB measurement result as well. Thus, the structure of the analyzer can be greatly simplified on the premise of guaranteeing the performance of the analyzer, thereby reducing the volume of the analyzer and reducing the manufacturing cost of the analyzer, and improving the cost performance of the analyzer.
