Disclosed in the present specification are an electrode laminate and an organic light emitting element comprising the same, the electrode laminate comprising: a substrate; an electrode provided on the substrate, and an auxiliary electrode electrically connected to the electrode and having a structure in which a first layer having a reflectance of 80% or greater at a wavelength of 550 nm and a second layer having a higher etching rate than the first layer are laminated, wherein the auxiliary electrode is provided between the electrode and the substrate, or the first layer of the auxiliary electrode is provided in such a manner as to come into contact with at least a part of a side surface of the electrode.
