According to the present invention, a device to seal a container door comprises: a main body formed to allow a guide hole and a locking hole to be penetrated in the upper end; a locking member installed to vertically slide along the guide hole in the main body, and having a locking bar inserted into a mechanical seal hole of a container door while appearing and disappearing toward the inside and outside of the locking hole in the end of one side; a fixing unit installed inside the main body to fix the locking member when the locking bar of the locking member is inserted inside the locking hole, and whose end of one side is protruding toward the outside of the main body to release a fixing state of the locking member by operation of a user; an unseal certification unit installed in the main body to be wireless communicated with a short-distance communication module carried by an external user; a holding unit installed to be in contact with or separated from a part of the fixing unit by electric energy inside the main body, to fix the fixing unit not to release the fixing unit by being in contact with the fixing unit when unseal certification is not performed by the unseal certification unit, and to allow release operation of the fixing unit by being separated from the fixing unit when unseal certification is performed; a seal sensing unit to sense a locked state and an opened state by the locking member according to vertical movement of the locking member; and a long-distance communication module to wireless communicate the locked state and the opened state sensed by the seal sensing unit to an external security management server.
