PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve contact of a terminal metal fitting and an electrode pad preferably, and to reduce a used amount of the electrode pad in a sensor.SOLUTION: The sensor is orthogonal to an axial direction. In cross section including a contact point where a first electrode pad and a first contact part contact each other, the first contact part is disposed along a direction crossing first and second directions and the first contact part contacts corner parts disposed on the outsides of the first and second directions to a center of a sensor element of the sensor on the first electrode pad. |
