<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent environmental damage by keeping initial refuse flowing into an underground drainage pump facility in an initial precipitation stage from being flowed out into a river where discharge water is discharged thereinto and to appropriately treat the initial refuse within a conventional pump facility in an urban area having limitation in a site space.SOLUTION: In an underground drainage pump facility 1 which has a suction tank 2 to receive inflow water from an inflow water channel 20 and a drainage pump 11 to pump water in the suction tank 2, an initial refuse storage tank 3 is provided at a bottom section of the suction tank 2 to store the inflow water, containing sludge or refuse, which flows into the suction tank 2 from the inflow water channel 20 in an initial precipitation stage.</p> |
