PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system, a game device, and a game processor capable of eliminating the need for providing a managing device for managing valuable value used for usability processing in a store and capable of preventing acceptance of fraudulent valuable value outside the store even if the game device cannot communicate with the managing device outside the store.SOLUTION: A ball lending unit 20 transmits an authentication request to an adjustment device 40 as off-line processing if communication with a managing device outside the store is disabled (S305). The adjustment device 40 authenticates the ball lending unit and returns an authentication result. The ball lending unit allows reception of a bill (S312) and counting of own balls (S313) to stand by if the authentication is correct (YES for S307).
