The present invention relates to a pillow. A pillow supporting a head of a human body comprises: an expansion part having an inner space in which air is stored, and expanding when air is injected into the inner space or contracting when air is discharged from the inner space; and an elastic part supporting the head of the human body, coupled to an upper end of the expansion part, and formed so as to be elastically deformed. At least a portion of the elastic part ascends or descends through the expansion and contraction of the expansion part to be fixed at a height desired by a user. According to the present invention, although a physical difference between individual users or a change in a sleeping posture exists, the individual user can adjust the height of the pillow according his body type for restful sleep. |
