<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for maintaining antenna automatic arrangement of a directional wireless communications system which can stabilize communications by searching and tracking radio wave radiation direction automatically by being attached to the rear of an antenna of a base station and a remote station in microwave mobile communications. The apparatus of the present invention includes: a remote station information generation part which generates remote station information from an input of an operator or received data; a GPS receiver for receiving a GPS signal; a giro sensor for sensing antenna attitude of a remote station; a signal level variation sensing part for sensing variation of a signal level; a manual operation part for operating the direction of the antenna manually in a manual mode when an automatic mode is out of order; a vertical actuator which adjusts directivity of the antenna vertically according to a vertical rotation command; a horizontal actuator which adjusts the directivity of the antenna horizontally according to a horizontal rotation command; a main controller which outputs horizontal/vertical rotation indication by receiving a signal from the remote station information generation part, the GPS receiver and the signal level variation sensing part so that an antenna of the base station coincides with the direction of the remote station antenna; and a sub controller which adjusts the direction of the antenna manually according to the input of the manual operation part in the manual mode, or controls the vertical actuator and the horizontal actuator by receiving a control command of the main controller and the sensing signal of the giro sensors in the automatic mode.</p> |
