<p>The present invention relates to a device for preventing over-measurement of power consumption in power reception except for the power generation time of a photovoltaic power generation station, which can be connected to a power receiving facility grid of the photovoltaic power generation station. The device comprises: a neutral ground line separation means which is mounted to be connected to a special high pressure side (22.9kV) neutral ground line of a customer of a photovoltaic power generation station and allows switching transfer; and an over-measurement prevention control circuit or a phase comparison detector to determine whether the photovoltaic power generation station is in a power generation state or in a power reception state, thereby preventing integrated power consumed in the customer from being over-measured more than actual power consumed in the photovoltaic power generation station and preventing billing thereof when the photovoltaic power generation station is stopped in power production of the photovoltaic power generation station (the time of producing sunrise power of the next day after sunset of the day). Therefore, the device of the present invention enables reasonable measurement of actual power consumption.</p> |
