<p>A method of treatment and seeding or planting of seeds and/or plantable material comprising providing a tray 5 made from fibrous material which has rows of planting positions. The planting positions are depressions or pits. The seeds are treated with a treatment substance. The seeds are deposited at the planting positions 10 with the aid of seed depositing means. Seed depositing means and treatment depositing means each comprise a row of depositing elements for depositing the seeds and treatment substance. A substrate is displaced in a direction of relative 15 displacement. The method further includes controlling the treatment depositing means and the seed depositing means such that at least one specimen of the seeds and/or the plantable material and a desired amount of treatment 20 substance are deposited at the planting positions.</p> |
