PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time for polarization processing compared to before in a polarization processing device using a corona wire electrode.SOLUTION: A corona charging processing device 1 includes a sample stage 4 for setting a sample (not illustrated) including at least an electromechanical conversion element formed on an actuator substrate, and a corona wire electrode 2 and grid electrode 3 provided opposite to the sample (not illustrated) set on the sample stage 4 to perform corona discharge, where the sample stage 4 is applied, by a stage power source 9, with a voltage having a polarity reverse to that of the corona wire electrode 2.
