PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle storage battery management device, a vehicle electric power unit and a management method of the vehicle storage battery capable of comprehending actual capacity of the storage battery even when data relevant to charge state of the storage battery acquired from an electric vehicle is the ratio of the capacity with respect to a full charged state.SOLUTION: A vehicle storage battery management device 12 includes: a charge level acquisition section 12a that acquires a data of charge level which represents the ratio of the capacity with respect to the full charge state of a storage battery 31 mounted on an electric vehicle 3 from the electric vehicle 3; a power amount acquisition section 12b that acquires a data which represents the amount of power supplied and charged to the storage battery 31 or a data which represents the amount of power discharged from the storage battery 31; and a power capacity calculation section 12c that calculates the capacity of the storage battery 31 based on the charged power amount and discharged power amount and the changed amount of the charge level caused by charged power amount or discharged power amount.
