<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a winding type inductor, capable of handling a drum core in an aligned state without using a fixture including an adhesive layer and efficiently manufacturing the winding type inductor.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a winding type inductor comprises: raising an extrusion pin 31 through the penetrated housing hole 21 of an alignment jig 20; pushing up a drum core 11 housed in the penetrated housing hole 21 until the lower end part thereof (the lower surface 11bof a flange 11b) is higher than the upper surface 20a of the alignment jig 20; inserting a comb-shaped support member 50 having a structure without interfering with the extrusion pin between the alignment jig and the lower surface of the flange of the drum core; supporting the drum core while holding a mutual positional relationship; transferring the drum core supported on the comb-shaped support member to a magnet jig 60 while holding the mutual positional relationship; and transferring a core guide 40 to the magnet jig 60 of the drum core in a state of covering the alignment jig from the upper surface side so as to enter the drum core into a holding hole 41.</p> |
