<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor that includes a cover sheet for the touch sensor manufactured by using a mold releasing sheet to have very little or no level differences between a thick decorative part and a display part, and has a second transparent electrode layer formed on a thin transistor substrate or a liquid crystal color filter substrate to extend the distance between the transparent electrode layers.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cover sheet for a touch sensor having a thick decorative layer that can be formed with thin transparent electrode layers, and is manufactured, using a mold releasing sheet or a base sheet having a flush surface, by making the surface forming the transparent electrode layers or a surface on which a transparent electrode layer sheet flush with the pressing force when the mold releasing sheet or the base sheet is laminated, so as to substantially eliminate the level difference in thickness and concaves and convexes on the surface.
