CONTINUOUS PLATING EQUIPMENT AND CONTINUOUS PLATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous plating equipment and a continuous plating method, by which an aluminum plated product with excellent quality is economically manufactured with good productivity.SOLUTION: The continuous plating equipment 10 includes: a zincate processing device 15 for forming a zinc film on a surface of a strip 11 of aluminum or aluminum alloy, which is continuously transported; and a plating device 16 for applying metal plating on the strip 11 with the zinc film formed. The processing device 15 includes: process liquid guide members 40 and 41 facing each other with gaps 44 and 45 from the surface of the strip 11; and process liquid injection means 35 and 36 for injecting to the gaps 44 and 45 between the strip 11 and the process liquid members 40 and 41. In the continuous processing method, metal plating is applied on the surface of the strip 11 with the zinc film formed by the plating device 16, after the zinc film is formed on the surface of the strip 11 by the zincate processing device 16.
