<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash door structure for a vehicle in which an elevating door glass can be stopped without applying a load to a door panel, and a method for assembling a sash door for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A front door 100 comprises a door body 106, a door sash 108, a door glass 110, a glass run 124, and a window regulator module (regulator 112). The regulator 112 has a guide rail 120a, a carrier plate 122a of a lower part of the door glass for sliding the guide rail 120a, and a stopper 150a which restricts elevation of the carrier plate 122a at an upper end of the guide rail 120a. The glass run 124 has a vehicle inside part 128, an upper side part 130 and a vehicle outside part 132 viewed from the door glass 110. The stopper 150a of the regulator 112 restricts elevation of the carrier plate 122a before an elevation load for the door glass 110 is fully applied to the upper side part 130 of the glass run 124.</p> |
