<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheap cylindrical paper container and its manufacturing method by utilizing a part of technology and equipment of the conventional quadrangular prism liquid paper container manufacturing.SOLUTION: In a cylindrical paper container manufacturing method, at least eight folding lines are included as provided with a same spacing to each other along paper grain on a blank using paper as a base material, all folding lines are formed to have a same spacing to each other and skiving and hemming processing is applied to one side edge surface of the blank. Thereafter, both ends are adhered to each other to form a sleeve shape and the blank is folded as planar. Upon completing the container, a mandrel the base part of which is circular and which has a tip part of a shape that can be accommodated in a smaller diameter than the diameter of the base part is inserted into the opening which opens as rectangular, to form the blank as cylindrical.</p> |
