PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer-bonded asphalt composition that produces a reaction product having a high softening point, being hard to be cracked even at a low temperature and having high strength.SOLUTION: The polymer-bonded asphalt composition comprises a) asphalt, b) an ethylene/n-butyl(meth)acrylate/glycidyl (meth)acrylate terpolymer and c) a styrenic elastomer. The content of (e) a plastomer having a weight average molecular weight of 7,000 or less in the polymer-bonded asphalt composition is less than 0.1 mass%, and an epoxy group which the component b) has reacts with a functional group which the component a) has.
