PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of improving both of mechanical adhesive strength and thermal conductivity, in adhesion of bonded members disposed to face each other.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet according to the present invention is an adhesive sheet including a thermally conductive adhesive layer and exhibiting thermal conductivity at least in a thickness direction thereof. The thermally conductive adhesive layer includes: bumps continuous in a thickness direction thereof and made of a thermally conductive paste; and an adhesive agent layer filled around the bumps. The bumps may be contiguous with or exposed from at least one of the front surface and the rear surface of the thermally conductive adhesive layer. The cross-sectional shape of the bumps may be trapezoidal. Preferably, the adhesive agent layer contains thermally conductive particles, and the content of the thermally conductive particles is 20 vol.% or less. The thermally conductive adhesive layer may have electrical insulation properties.
