<p>The present invention relates to a chair fabric manufacturing method having anion and far infrared emissivity raised. The method for manufacturing a fabric having a composition printed thereon to radiate anions and far infrared rays comprises the steps of: obtaining a composition wherein 40 to 70 wt% of ceramic powder, 5 to 20 wt% of an adhesive, 3 to 20 wt% of a plasticizer, 0.1 to 10 wt% of a foaming agent, 0.1 to 3 wt% of an emulsifier, 0.1 to 3 wt% of an antioxidant, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of a surface active agent and 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of a flame retardant are mixed; printing the composition at regular intervals on the surface of the chair fabric using a silk screen printing method; and forming cracks on the surface of the composition by drying the chair fabric having the composition printed thereon at temperatures of 130 to 200°C in a drier for one minute and 30 seconds to two minutes. A large amount of far infrared rays and anions are expected to be emitted in comparison with the printing surface of an existing composition with a smooth surface by forming cracks on the surface of the composition printed by the mixture of the composition for emitting anions and far infrared rays, silk printing and the high-temperature drying of the composition including the fabric. Accordingly, a chair fabric can be manufactured to help the maintenance of a correct posture as slip resistance during the usage of the chair fabric and to provide antibacterial and deodorizing effects to a frequently used chair.</p> |
