The insulation cable of an underground cable according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an outer cable body, an inner cable body, a first contact terminal, a second contact terminal, an insulation band, a cable pressing detection unit, a leakage current detection sensor, a controller, a housing, a cover, a first motor, a first pulley, a cable pressing display band, a second motor, a second pulley, and a leakage current generating display band.
