<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing medicinal herb powder removing a smell and a taste of oriental medicine, the method comprising: a step of preparing raw powder of medicinal herbs; a step of kneading water to the prepared raw powder of medicinal herbs; a step of straining a paste of water and raw powder of medicinal herbs through a sieve; a step of steaming the paste powder strained from the previous step; a step of drying the steamed powder; and a step of grinding the dried powder. According to the present invention, unique taste (bitter taste, astringent taste, sour taste, etc.) and unique smell (musty and sickening smell or the like) of medicinal herbs can be removed.</p> |
