The present invention relates to a coil stripper having a cam assembly in an apparatus supporting a coil wound around a mandrel of a winder. The coil stripper includes a lower frame of a plate shape having a width relatively narrower than a gap of winding roll guides provided in a winder; a pair of support rolls provided in parallel with the winding roll guides; a pair of first cam assemblies and a pair of second cam assemblies provided on the lower frame and fixing the support rolls to be able to rotate; and cylinders for moving each of the cam assemblies to one side or the other side of the winding roll guide. Since the contact point between the support rolls and the coil is extended, a support point relatively wider than the gap formed by winding roll guides is formed, and it is possible to reduce the buckling amount corresponding to the coil having various outer diameters.
