<p>The present invention relates to an exposure line spring embedded in a bed mattress at regular intervals to perform a double elastic function comprising: a spring assembly (100) wherein a plurality of exposure line springs (140) are arranged between upper/lower frame members (120, 120′); a first cushion member (200) foamed on at least one side between the upper side and the lower side of the spring assembly (100) to seal a part or the entire part of an exposure line part (144) of the exposure line spring (140); and a second cushion member (300) attached to the upper side of the first cushion member (200) in a curing step of a foamed material to provide cushion force and buffer force with the spring assembly (100) and the first cushion member (200). The present invention has an effect of maximizing work productivity by minimizing work load and various work processes according to stacking of first and second cushion members by fixing the first and second cushion members to the spring assembly through only a single foaming step, fundamentally blocking contact noise generated when an end line part of a exposure line spring is in contact with an exposure line part of the exposure line spring, and increasing elastic force and buffer force of a bed mattress by integrally forming a second cushion member and an exposure line part in a foaming step.</p> |
