PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt tension adjustment device capable of adding appropriate tension to a belt without changing inclination of the running surface of the belt.SOLUTION: A belt tension adjustment device 190 adjusts tension of a belt 70 stretched endlessly by a first pulley 69a and a second pulley 69b, and includes: second pulley support means 192 capable of changing a separation distance from and to the first pulley by moving while supporting the second pulley; and separation distance adjustment means 195 adjusting the separation distance by advancing and retreating the second pulley support means in a movement direction.
