PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing adjustment device which effectively cools a motor while inhibiting scattering of an oil.SOLUTION: A first seal member 91 maintains a space between a cylinder part 212 of a housing 20 and a cylinder part 71 of a motor cover 70 in a fluid-tight state. A second seal member 92 maintains a space between a cylinder part 232 of the housing 20 and a cylinder part 811 in the fluid-tight state. An inflow port 101 is formed at a cam shaft 4 and an oil flows into the inflow port 101. A passage part 102 is formed at the inner side of the cam shaft 4, the inner side of the housing 20, the inner side of a rotor 30, the inner side of a planetary rotator 40, the inner side of a cylindrical shaft 50, and the inner side of the motor cover 70 and is connected with the inflow port 101. The oil flowing in from the inflow port 101 flows in the passage part 102. A discharge port 103 is formed at a position spaced a predetermined distance away from a wrapping part 233 of a cover part 72 of the motor cover 70 and is connected with the passage part 102. The oil in the passage part 102 is discharged from the discharge port 103. |
