PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTP sheet overlapping accumulation device which hardly causes positional deviation of PTP sheets when the sheets are piled up by a prescribed number while two PTP sheets are overlapped and held together.SOLUTION: A PTP overlapping accumulation device comprises: an upper sheet holder 41 for supporting both end edge parts in a longitudinal direction of a PTP sheet 1 in a state that a pocket part faces downward; a lower sheet holder 42 for supporting both end edge parts in the longitudinal direction of the PTP sheet 1 in a state that the pocket part faces upward; a push-up plate 44 for pushing up the PTP sheets 1 which are overlapped and held together by both of the sheet holders 41, 42; and a sheet receiving member 45 for sequentially accumulating the overlapped PTP sheets 1 which are pushed up by the push-up plate 44.
