<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device.SOLUTION: A light emitting device includes a light emitting layer, an opening part, a recessed part, and an electrode. The light emitting layer includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, and the light emitting layer formed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor. The first semiconductor layer includes a first surface, a first portion connected to the first surface, and a second portion connected to the first portion. The opening part penetrates from an upper part surface to the first portion of the first semiconductor layer. The recessed part is connected to the opening part, and penetrates the second semiconductor layer, the light emitting layer, and the second portion of the first semiconductor layer, and further, its bottom part has a width wider than the opening part so that a second surface is exposed from the side opposite to the first surface of the first semiconductor layer. The electrode is arranged in the recessed part, to correspond to the opening part.</p> |
