preparing a cementitious slurry comprising gypsum and water; forming a cementitious product by depositing the slurry between two paper layers, a face paper layer and a back paper layer; disposing the product over at least one device selected from the group consisting of a scraping device and vacuum box; and strengthening the composite structure of the product by applying vacuum to the product. |
