<p>The present invention relates to a body volume substitute comprising cartilage for grafting by injection, and a dual needle-type syringe for injecting same. The volume substitute of the present invention is characterized by comprising one or more types selected from ground cartilage, physiological saline, and body fluid. According to the present invention, it is possible to graft a volume substitute not only for repairing skin tissue damage caused by an external injury and augmenting skin from a cosmetic point of view, but also for repairing skeletal tissue loss and augmenting skeletal tissue volume, by a simple method of injection. In addition, using the syringe of the present invention, it is possible to finely adjust the amount of injection solution being injected when injecting the body volume substitute into a human body, thereby precluding the danger to a patient caused by an overdose of the injection solution.</p> |
