<p>A device for feeding colour chips, for a machine which applies them to a backing, comprises a store with one or more compartments for groups of colour chips. Means for collecting and delivering colour chips are selectively movable from a collection position adjacent to the storage means, for collecting a colour chip from each of the groups of colour chips, to a delivery position remote from the storage means. Each compartment comprises an end opening from which, during operation, the collecting and delivery means collect one colour chip at a time. An inner wall of each compartment comprises at least one inclined terminal portion on which the colour chips rest during operation.</p> |
