<p>The present invention is directed to a unique solution for promoting adhesion of substrates to adhesives containing a prepolymer having isocyanate, silane or both functional groups. The solution comprises a composition comprising: a) from about 0.05 to about 10.0 parts by weight of a hydrolysate of one or more of alkoxysilyl amines; b) from about 0.05 to about 1.0 parts by weight of one of more alkoxylated alcohols, alkoxysilyl terminated alkoxylated alcohols, fatly acids or fatty acid esters; and, c) from about 80 to about 99.9 parts by weight of water: wherein the composition contains 100 parts by weight and the composition exhibits a pH of about 9 to about 12.</p> |
