Provided is a method of manufacturing a solar cell that reduces manufacturing time. The method includes a step for preparing an electrolyte solution, a step for dipping a conductive layer and a metal layer into the electrolyte solution, and a step for forming a porous metal oxide layer of an amorphous state on the surface of the metal layer by making the conductive layer react with the metal layer.
