<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably display heavy goods in any of a hanger state and a counter state. <P>SOLUTION: In the display tool, an upper stage side tray 1 and a lower stage side tray 2 are connected to each other. These trays 1, 2 are relatively moved to enable the display tool to be commonly used for display in a hanger state display where trays 1, 2 are vertically arranged to be hung down and a counter state display where the trays are arranged in a step-like form. Both side walls 14 of the upper stage side tray 1 and a rear wall 15 are extended more downward from a bottom wall 16, a mountain fold line 17a obliquely downward extended from the rear part to the front part and a valley fold line 17b are vertically provided in parallel with each other to a band plate part 17 that is the extended part of the side wall 14, and the band plate part 17 is bent and stretched along the mountain fold line 17a and the valley fold line 17b.
