<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service component arrangement method and system for promptly supplying a service component. <P>SOLUTION: A service component arrangement method includes: a step of, when a failure reception server receives failure notification from a customer system, registering failure reception information including failure importance; a step of estimating a replacement component on the basis of the phenomenon of the failure; a step of, when the failure importance is low, performing normal component arrangement; a step of, when the failure importance is high, referring to content of a component warehouse management table and requesting component arrangement if a component warehouse has a stock of the component; a step of referring to content of the component warehouse management table and searching whether there is the same component as the component being delivered if the component warehouse does not have a stock of the component; and a step of retrieving the same component stored by another service engineer having less importance to the service engineer and asking the service engineer to transmit the component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
