<p>Residual water evacuation network, comprising a bypass valve (2, 8) equipped with one or more input mouths and two output mouths. The drains of sanitary apparatus (1, 6) with which hot water may optionally used, are connected to the input mouth or mouths. Two pipes come out from the output mouths, one of which leads to a heat recovery installation (3), the other leading to the main drain (5). The bypass valve (2, 8) opens one or the other output mouth, depending on the temperature of the water passing through said valve.
