The present invention relates to an associated card discount system capable of protecting personal information. Since a payment relay server operated by a VAN company possesses no information related to an associated card member during an associated card discount payment, there is no concern over leakage of personal information, thereby protecting the personnel information. The associated card discount system capable of protecting personal information comprises: a discount policy management unit which determines whether a card is an associated card according to a card payment request from a member store terminal and, when determined as the associated card, searches a discount policy of the corresponding associated card; and a card payment relay unit which requests a card company server to approve an associated card discount payment to which the discount policy searched by the discount policy management unit is reflected, and transmits the associated card discount payment approval result received from the card company server to the member store terminal and an affiliated company server.
