PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cement clinker in which the content of total hexavalent chromium are reduced, and a sulfide sulfur is included, and to provide a method for manufacturing a cement-based solidifying material.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a cement clinker includes a process which fires a plastic by a rotary kiln. The firing process includes a process which blows 5-30 kg of the plastic in which the amount of total sulfur is 0.2-1 mass%, the amount of volatile matters is 80-90 mass%, and the ash content 4-20 mass% into a rotary kiln from a kiln burner in manufacturing 1 ton of the cement clinker. The method for manufacturing a cement-based solidifying material is characterized by including a process which mixes plaster with the cement clinker obtained by the method. |
