PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable capable of achieving countermeasures against biting by animals with a simple and inexpensive constitution and improving workability or the like during cable installation.SOLUTION: An outer package for biting having biting attracting parts, each of which the tensile strength is smaller than that of the outer package, that is, which are easy to be gnawed by rodents is longitudinally intermittently attached to the outer periphery of a cable body having the outer package in the outer periphery of a cable core. The countermeasures against the biting can be achieved by a component being the extremely simple and inexpensive outer package for biting, and the workability, safety or the like during cable installation can be improved. |
