<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce equipment investment costs of a game parlor. <P>SOLUTION: A prize management device 70 acquires the number of Pachinko balls and a dispensing rate from a counter receipt, and determines whether the counter receipt from which the information has been acquired is used for acquiring information for the first time after the termination of the last exchange control, or it is the first counter receipt before the last exchange control is performed. When the first counter receipt is determined, the prize management device decides that the dispensing rate acquired from the first counter receipt is an exchange dispensing rate to be subjected to the current exchange control. When it is determined that it is not the first counter receipt, the prize management device determines whether the dispensing rate of an n-th (N≥2) counter receipt, not the first one, is the same as the exchange dispensing rate.
