<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material which effectively mitigates an impact applied to stored articles in a container without causing decrease of working efficiency upon storage of the articles to be stored in the container, and more surely eliminates risk of damage to the stored articles. <P>SOLUTION: The cushioning material 1 for protecting the articles stored in the container against the impact is a sheet forming a polygonal shape in a plane view. The cushioning material 1 has, in the laid attitude in the container formed by folding the sheet, a bottom equivalent part 2 laid on the bottom surface of the container 2; and side equivalent parts 3 to 6 continuously extending from the bottom equivalent part 2 along respective side surfaces of the container. The polygonal sheet is made of soft urethane foam, and also, the polygonal sheet includes V-shaped notched parts 7 to 10 in respective corner parts thereof, each having an apex at the intersection of folding lines R formed at the boundary position between each of the side equivalent parts 3 to 6 and the bottom equivalent part 2 in a plane view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
