<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking facility capable of preventing an extent of a picking area, and capable of uniformizing a picking workload of respective zones. <P>SOLUTION: A subordinate article exclusive cargo receiving vessel 21A is formed for storing a subordinate article 23A being an article few in an order from users in a unit constituted of one user, one item or a plurality of items and a requested quantity of these items in response to article request information (the order) of the respective users. A plurality of zones Z for performing picking work are set in a flow rack (a picking shelf) 11, and an exclusive frontage (a subordinate article exclusive frontage) 22A for storing only the subordinate article exclusive cargo receiving vessel 21A is arranged with respective zones Z.
