The present invention relates to a C-market system cooperating with an LMS to realize a digital knowledge sharing platform model and a method using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a C-market system cooperating with an LMS to realize a digital knowledge sharing platform model connected with an LMS server through a network to allow contents to cooperate with each other in order to manage learning contents of the LMS server, and a method using the same. The C-market system cooperating with the LMS to realize the digital knowledge sharing platform according to the present invention includes an LMS server and an LCMS server connected with the LMS server through a network to manage the learning contents of the LMS server. The LMS server includes an information management module for performing supplier management, membership management, employee management, instructor management, and learning status information management, a curriculum management module for managing a lecture-classified subject/unit contents; a course management module for managing course information of the lecture-classified subject/unit contents; a management module for managing contents developed by a content provider; an HRD management module for managing human resources development (HRD) contents; a customer support center module for managing customer support of the contents; an EDI management module for managing electronic data interchange (EDI) information of the LMS server; and a main screen image management module for controlling the display of contents of the user.
