摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery using a silicon and oxygen-containing material as an anode active material and having excellent charge/discharge cycle characteristics.SOLUTION: A lithium secondary battery comprises: a cathode 1; an anode 2; a nonaqueous electrolyte; and a separator 3. The cathode has a cathode mixture layer including a lithium-contained complex oxide as a cathode active material on one or both sides of a collector. The thickness of the collector of the cathode is 10-15 μm. The anode has an anode mixture layer including a material containing silicon and oxygen as constituent elements (an atomic ratio x of oxygen to silicon is 0.5≤x≤1.5.) and a graphitic carbon material as an anode active material on one or both sides of the collector. A ratio P/N of mass P of the cathode active material to mass N of the anode active material is 1.0-3.6. The nonaqueous electrolyte includes a 1-10 mass% fluorine-substituted cyclic carbonate.
