When polishing zipper teeth, an existing metal zipper polishing apparatus cools heat by blowing air using only an air blower on a trailer. However, when the zipper teeth are polished at a high speeds, high heat is conducted along the surfaces of the zipper teeth such that the zipper teeth may get scorched and stuck to the zipper tapes (zipper fabrics). In addition, the polishing portions of the zipper teeth may not be regularly positioned on the existing metal zipper polishing apparatus because the air blown at high speeds from the air blower changes the frame position of the zipper teeth moved horizontally, thereby reducing the work speed and large amounts of industrial safety accidents may occur. To solve the above problems, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a cold air jet-type metal zipper surface polishing apparatus comprising: a polishing machine main body (100), a guide roller part (200), a cold air jet-type metal zipper polishing part (300), and a feeding roller-type transfer rail part (400). The cold air jet-type metal zipper surface polishing apparatus is simultaneously capable of primarily and secondarily polishing the top surfaces of the zipper teeth of a metal zipper and instantaneously cool the surface of the zipper teeth conducted with high heat, by jetting cooling air to the bottom surfaces of the zipper teeth of which the top surfaces are polished such that the zipper teeth gets scorched and stuck to the zipper tapes (zipper fabrics) and be reduced by 80%; thereby improving the work speed by 70% when compared to an existing metal zipper polishing apparatus by allowing the zipper teeth to be separated well from the zipper tapes without the zipper teeth pieces (residual teeth) in a cutting process of the zipper teeth. In addition, the cold air jet-type metal zipper surface polishing apparatus is capable of uniformly polish the top surfaces of the zipper teeth of the metal zipper by adjusting the height between a first and a second polishing roller and the metal zipper through a first and a second polishing roller height control part, thereby producing a high quality metal zipper. |
