An organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes a substrate; a driving gate electrode formed on the substrate; a first gate insulation film covering the substrate and the driving gate electrode; a semiconductor layer which is formed on the first gate insulation film and includes a switching semiconductor layer and a driving semiconductor layer spaced apart from each other; a second gate insulation film covering the semiconductor layer; a switching gate electrode which is formed on the second gate insulation film and is overlapped with the switching semiconductor layer; and an inter-layer insulation film which covers the switching gate electrode and the second gate insulation film. The thickness of the first gate insulation film can be larger than that of the second gate insulation film.
